Malik Group is set to establish a modern petroleum and energy station at ASF City, Jamshoro, as part of its expanding activities in Pakistan’s petroleum and energy sectors. Chairman Malik Group of Companies and Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association (PPDA) Malik Khuda Baksh said the group has also started installing modern equipment for electric vehicle charging facilities across the country, describing electric vehicles as the future of Pakistan.
The announcement was made during the inauguration ceremony for the construction of Malik Energy Three Petroleum Services at ASF City on the Super Highway. The event brought together representatives from the petroleum, energy, business, and development sectors.
Malik Group Launches Modern Petroleum Facility
The construction of Malik Energy Three Petroleum Services marks the group’s latest initiative in the petroleum sector. Speaking at the ceremony, Malik Khuda Baksh highlighted the group’s role in providing services in the petroleum industry and its efforts to introduce modern facilities.
He said the Malik Group is now installing modern equipment for electric vehicle charging facilities in different parts of the country. According to him, electric vehicles represent the future of Pakistan’s transportation and energy landscape.
The new petroleum and energy station at ASF City is also expected to provide greater convenience to citizens and travelers using the route between Karachi and Hyderabad.

Malik Khuda Baksh emphasized the importance of preparing for the growing relevance of electric vehicles by developing appropriate charging facilities.

During his address, Malik Khuda Baksh also emphasized the importance of establishing a one-window operation to facilitate business activities.
He said investors should not have to visit multiple government departments to resolve issues related to their businesses. According to him, a one-window system would allow investors to address their concerns through a single platform and could help facilitate business activities.
He also stressed that simplifying procedures would be important for encouraging investment and supporting business development.
ASF City Petroleum Station to Serve Travelers
Malik Khuda Baksh said the establishment of a modern petroleum and energy station at ASF City would provide greater convenience to citizens and travelers commuting between Hyderabad and Karachi.
The facility is being developed at ASF City on the Super Highway, providing a petroleum and energy-related facility along an important route connecting the two cities.
The inauguration ceremony brought together representatives from several organizations and business circles who attended the launch of the construction project.
Saleem Butt Calls for Energy City Development
Speaking at the ceremony, Fossil Oil Marketing Company CEO Saleem Butt suggested that an Energy City should be developed in the area.
He said such development could help establish the area as a comprehensive residential and commercial hub for people settling there.
Saleem Butt also emphasized the need to simplify the No Objection Certificate (NOC) process and establish a one-window system. He said such measures would help facilitate and expand business activities.
Jamshed Hayat Niazi Discusses Investment Facilitation
Lt. Col. (R) Jamshed Hayat Niazi said rules and regulations are necessary for conducting business activities. However, he stressed that the NOC process should not become a hurdle to investment and business development.
He also noted that the ASF City project was launched in 2017 and that development work was progressing rapidly.
Niazi welcomed the entry of the Malik Group into the petroleum and energy sector at ASF City and highlighted the importance of business activity within the developing project.
