After the renovation of the Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah Auditorium set up in the Central Police Office, Amroz was inaugurated by IGP Sindh Rifat Mukhtar Raja. Senior officials of the Sindh Police, including former provincial minister Dr Junaid Ali Shah, were also present on the occasion.
IG Sindh said that man is not eternal, but his work done for the service of humanity and the welfare of humanity becomes a charity for him till the world. He said that Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah was also a similar personality. He gave a new direction to the field of medicine with his knowledge and experience. Earlier, the success of surgeries performed under the Department of Orthopaedics used to take more or less several months and the victim used to wait for his recovery on a long bed, but Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah introduced a new innovation in the surgical department and successfully considered the most difficult work as a challenge. Today, his son Dr. Junaid Ali Shah is moving ahead with his goal and carrying the torch of his late father in initiatives like service to humanity and welfare. Speaking to the participants on the occasion, Dr. Janid Ali Shah paid tribute to the martyrs for the sacrifices made by the Sindh Police for the establishment of law and order and said that the Sindh Police has worked tirelessly for the peace and tranquility of the province, especially Karachi, and has made innumerable sacrifices which must be mentioned. He said that service to God and professional service go hand in hand and bring social respect and peace of mind to human beings. Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah was the capital of this country. He has kept his name alive in other disciplines including medicine.
