In Balochistan, illegal Iranian diesel, petrol and other goods are being smuggled in secret boxes of passenger coaches, minibuses and vehicles coming from Turbat, Gwadar and Quetta to Karachi. Especially in secret boxes/tanks prepared for smuggling in passenger coaches. It facilitates smuggling of diesel, drugs and contraband. Roaddiesel is transported to other cities of the country using passenger vehicles and their lockers. In the recent past, there have been several incidents of fires due to Iranian diesel and petrol in the secret compartments of passenger coaches. In which many precious lives were lost. Smuggling of Iranian diesel and petrol in the secret compartments of passenger coaches under the guise of passengers is becoming a daily routine.
Two days ago, the vehicles of the oil companies, including famous companies, issued fake permits to these vehicles, taking possession of these vehicles and taking legal action against them, investigations are being conducted with Aogra and PSO. 03 oil tankers were seized and handed over to customs during a joint operation in Othal and Bela area last night. Pakistan’s law enforcement agencies are active in continuing joint operations against illegal Iranian oil smuggling in Hub Baluchistan and will continue to play their role in preventing all forms of smuggling.
