An important meeting held with the police officers

Law and order, general elections, police performance against crimes and other important departmental issues were discussed in the meeting.

In the meeting, IG Sindh Police Mr. Rafat Mukhtar Raja Sahib and DIG Mirpurkhas Range Mr. Tanveer Alam Odho to ensure the implementation of the orders issued in relation to law and order and other departmental matters including anti-crime operations. Mr. Ali Mardan Khoso issued necessary instructions to the police officers of the entire district.

 SSP Tharparkar Mr. Ali Mardan Khoso presided over the meeting held in conference hall SSP office, all SDPOs, DSP Complaint Cell, PDSP, SHOs of all police stations, in-charge DIB, CIA, Traffic, In-charge Women Protection Cell and Head of Branches of the Office participated.

In the meeting, SSP made a detailed review of the performance of all the police stations and crime statistics within the police station limits.

The SSP checked the progress of serious crimes of theft, robbery, especially murder cases and issued orders to arrest the wanted accused involved in the said crimes.

In the meeting, security was also discussed on the occasion of the upcoming general elections. The SSP instructed all the DSPs and SHOs to visit the polling stations in their areas and restore peace and order during all the election activities. Directed all the DSPs to stay in touch with the Border Returning Officers and provide all security support.

SSP said that until the election, there will be a complete ban on the transfer, appointment and leave of all employees except in case of emergency.

SSP strongly urged all DSPs and SHOs to keep their phones open 24 hours and in case of emergency, people should get positive response.

In case of any incident, there should be an immediate reaction of the police.

SSP further said that all SHOs should take precautionary measures as per law in case of any tension or loss due to any conflict in the area and maintain the supremacy of law in all cases.

SSP strictly instructed all the officers that all police vehicles should be on road and strict vigilance should be kept at the entry points of the district.

SSP also gave special instructions to all SDPOs to make inspection of police stations mandatory
