The Prime Minister had issued instructions to solve the gas problems by sitting with the Ministry of Energy, but all the issues are deadlocked.

Faisal Said during the luncheon given in honor of the delegation of Council of Economic and Energy Journalists (CEEJ) in Nakati on Friday. On this occasion, Secretary of CEEJ Kashif Munir, Vice President Anjam Alam Wahab, Treasurer Ashraf Khan, Secretary Information Masood Ahmad Siddiqui, former Secretary Karachi Press Club Rizwan Bhatti and other journalists were also present along with senior vice president of Nikati, Shabir Ismail, Younis Khamisani, Sajjad Wazir, Naeem Haider, Imran Moeez Khan, Syed Usman Ali, Sadiq Muhammad, Saad ullah Chhra, Muhammad Ibrahim, Sarfaraz Ahmed and Asad Naqvi.
Moeez Khan said. That we are acutely aware that the country is currently going through a critical situation, but to give us a breathing space, the industries of Karachi are going to be closed due to the current situation of gas.

He said that we know that our country is under the burden of debt, but if the country’s industry is not allowed to run, where will the government get revenue from, while the industrial sector is paying the highest tax to the country, so the government should take it with you.

Faisal Moeez said that our Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar had a successful meeting in Islamabad and with the efforts of Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, the Prime Minister assured the industrialists of Karachi to solve the gas tariff problem, while the 49 major companies of the city The closed gas supply to the industries was to be restored immediately but the issue of gas tariff has not been resolved yet.
Faisal Moeez said that why the 18th amendment is not being implemented in Sindh even though the three provinces including KPK have the 18th amendment, and the local gas in KPK is used in the province itself.

Faisal Moeez said that we gave time to the government because we did not want the country’s economy to face any difficulties but if our industries If they start to close, then the Karachi Industrial Forum will have to decide the action plan and the industrial community under the leadership of our leader Javed Balwani will consider various options, the final announcement will be made in a couple of days
