Diets

Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, and get regular exercise. When possible, choose whole foods fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, plant-based proteins (like tofu, grains, and peanuts), fish and lean meats. Avoid processed foods and limit sugary drinks (sodas and fruit juices) and foods with added sugar. Rice etc.

Eat plenty of cereals (including breads, rice, pasta and noodles)—preferably wholegrain. Include lean meat, fish, poultry and/or alternatives. Include milks, yoghurts, cheeses and/or alternatives (choose reduced-fat varieties where possible) Drink plenty of water.
Foods & fruits that contain vitamin C (mustard greens, cauliflower, red cabbage, strawberries, papaya, spinach, mangos, peppers, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts, kale) and vitamin E (almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, tomatoes, whole grains, and green leafy vegetables) are important as antioxidants to protect and treat a damaged.
