ISLAMABAD: The National Institute of Health (NIH) says that the reason for people falling ill across Pakistan is the influenza epidemic.
Officials from the National Institute of Health say that while influenza A subtype H3N2 is making people sick across the country, the rate of Covid-19 cases in Pakistan is less than one percent.
According to the authorities, thousands of cases of influenza are being reported every week from all over Pakistan. Colds, flu and fever in children are caused by the RSV virus. Influenza can be dangerous for the elderly and those with weakened immune systems.

In this regard, health experts say that influenza vaccine is not available in Pakistan at the moment, use a mask to avoid influenza and wash your hands frequently, never use antibiotic medicines in case of influenza.
