Karachi (PR) In the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Local Government Syed Khalid Haider Shah, DGSBCA Abdul Rasheed Solangi, DG Sindh Solid Waste Imtiaz Shah, DG KDA Shujaat Ali, DG Malir Development Najab Sohto, Additional DG SDA. PD Clique Asif John Siddiqui, PD Mega Project Sindh Abdul Ghani, MD Waterboard Corporation Salahuddin, Regional Director Karachi Local Government Anwar Ahmad Rak and other officers were present.
In the meeting, the Local Government Minister said that all the officers should ensure their presence in their offices by observing the time in the morning.
If the officers reach the office on time then all the staff will also reach on time.
He said that all over Sindh, including Karachi, facilities should be provided to the common man wherever he has to work.
At present, unfortunately, the impression of the Sindh government is not good among the general public, we have to change it into a positive impression.
He said that the biometric system should be implemented in all institutions of the Local Government Department within the next one month and this system should be centralized. A monthly report of all councils should be compiled and a copy sent to me.
Write to all councils asking for details of all their properties so that they can be computerized.
Saeed Ghani said that all those towns and councils where there are vacant posts and the employees have been sent there under these posts, they should be given immediate joining in the said towns or councils.
Minister of Local Government, Housing and Town Planning, Saeed Ghani, while issuing the directive, said that all USIs should be obliged to use the funds they receive in the same way as they are getting them.
In the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Local Government Syed Khalid Haider Shah, D-Clik Asif John Siddiqui, MD Sindh Solid Waste, DG of all development authorities provided information in the meeting regarding their respective departments.
