KARACHI (NNP) —
The Memon Leadership Conference 2025 will take place on October 21–22 at the Paradise Hotel in Mombasa, Kenya, bringing together prominent Memon business leaders and entrepreneurs from around the world to strengthen community cooperation and global trade.
Global Memon Leaders Gather for 2025 Conference
According to Rafiq Suleman, Chairman of the East Africa Chapter of the Memon Leadership Conference and former Chairman of the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP), the international event will host delegates from Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Mozambique, Saudi Arabia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Thailand.
“The aim of the Memon Leadership Conference 2025 is to bring Memon leaders together, promote mutual understanding of challenges, and encourage business networking,” Suleman said.
Pakistan Delegation and Notable Business Figures
The Pakistan chapter will be represented by 25–30 delegates, including renowned business personalities such as Aqeel Karim Dhedhi, Abdul Rahim Janoo, and other prominent members of the Memon business community.
They will share insights on economic empowerment, cross-border trade, and technology transfer within the Memon network.

Rafiq Suleman recalled that the first Memon Leadership Conference was successfully held in Karachi (January 2020), serving as a major platform to unite Memon leaders globally and promote entrepreneurship.
Preparations in Kenya in Full Swing
Delegates from multiple countries have arrived in Mombasa, where preparations are underway to welcome international guests.
The conference promises to strengthen the global Memon identity, business relationships, and community solidarity.
