Peshawar Board Establishes Help Desk to Address Students’ Exam-Related Complaints

Peshawar Board Launches Help Desk to Resolve Exam Issues Promptly
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar has launched a dedicated help desk aimed at swiftly resolving exam-related complaints and concerns raised by students, parents, and institutions.
This initiative comes at a time when annual examinations are in full swing, and the board is receiving a high volume of queries regarding roll number slips, incorrect data entries, misallocated centers, and paper schedule conflicts.
“Our goal is to provide immediate support to students so they can appear in exams without unnecessary stress. This help desk will ensure transparency and accountability,” said a board spokesperson.
Support Channels and How It Works
The help desk will operate both online and offline, enabling students to submit complaints via the official website, helpline, or in person at the BISE office. A dedicated team has been appointed to monitor and respond to all issues within 24 hours.
The move has been widely appreciated by students and educationists, many of whom have long demanded better communication and support systems during the exam season.
