“As long as I live, I will continue striving to make special children successful individuals,” said Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan.
KVTC Students Shine on International Stage
The Senator was addressing a ceremony celebrating eight KVTC students who represented Pakistan at the Open World Budo Martial Arts Cup in Baku, Azerbaijan, winning six gold and two silver medals.
He praised Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah for his continuous support of inclusive education and the development of vocational programs for special children.
“Murad Ali Shah has always given special importance to differently-abled children,” he added.
Public–Private Partnership for Special Education
Senator Haseeb highlighted that public–private partnership is vital to social progress, noting that KVTC has evolved into a recognized international institution.

He added that Sindh remains a leading province in vocational and educational development for special children, thanks to the model established by KVTC.
Call for New Center in Surjani Town
The Senator urged authorities to expedite funding and remove administrative delays in setting up a new KVTC campus in Surjani Town. The center aims to provide modern vocational facilities and job training to special children in Pakistan, enabling them to live with dignity and independence.
