The four-day National Games for the Blind will be held at DHA City

Karachi (Sports Reporter) National Games for Blind Men 2023 in DHA City under the auspices of Benai Education Foundation, Pakistan Blind Sports Federation and DHA Karachi to promote sports activities among visually impaired women will start from Friday, December 22.
More than 80 visually impaired male athletes, coaches and officials from across the country will participate in these games, Chairman Person Vision Education Foundation Sarwat Naseem Shah and CEO Vision Education Foundation Salman Elahi while addressing a press conference held at Karachi Press Club on Wednesday.
On this occasion, Director Events National Games for Blind Men Imtiaz Sheikh, Director of DHA Karachi Colonel (retd) Siddique, Secretary of Sindh Olympic Association Ahmed Ali Rajput and others were also present. Chairperson Vision Education Foundation Sarwat Naseem Shah.
He said that the series of events on the basis of the annual calendar is going on from the platform of Blind Sports in Pakistan.
They should be respected as in other countries they are taken care of from their basic needs to their social and sports activities, those who do this type of work in Pakistan also need to be encouraged. CEO Obinai Education Foundation Salman Elahi said that four sports, blind football, blind chess, blind judo and blind athletics, have been included in the National Games for Blind Men this year.
More than 80 players, coaches and officials from Punjab, Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan will participate in these games.
The opening ceremony will be held on December 22, after which the players will be trained and competitions will be held. Jayenge, the closing ceremony of the event will be held on December 25.
He further said that the importance of this event in Pakistan can be gauged from the fact that visually impaired players from all over the country wait for this event throughout the year. I participate enthusiastically.
