Zubair Tufail Condemns Rangers Attack, Calls for Justice

The Rangers Attack on the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) headquarters in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, has drawn strong condemnation from President of the United Business Group (UBG) and former President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Zubair Tufail. He described the incident as a cowardly act aimed at disrupting Pakistan’s peace and stability.

Zubair Tufail Condemns Rangers Attack
According to a statement issued by UBG Central Spokesperson Gulzar Firoz, Zubair Tufail said that targeting Pakistan’s security personnel was a reprehensible act of terrorism and a direct assault on the country’s security and national unity.
He stated that such cowardly attacks could never weaken the determination of the nation or its law enforcement agencies, adding that anti-state elements would never succeed in their attempts to destabilize Pakistan.
Tribute to Martyred Rangers Personnel
Paying tribute to the personnel who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty, Zubair Tufail said the fallen heroes made the ultimate sacrifice to safeguard Pakistan’s peace, security, and sovereignty.
He said their courage, dedication, and commitment would always be remembered with the highest respect, adding that the nation remains indebted to them for their invaluable sacrifices.
Prayers for the Injured and Support for Security Forces
Zubair Tufail also prayed for the speedy and complete recovery of the injured Rangers personnel and expressed confidence that they would soon resume their duties in service of the nation.
He praised the Pakistan Rangers, armed forces, and other law enforcement agencies for their unparalleled sacrifices in the fight against terrorism, stressing that they deserve the unwavering support and respect of the entire nation.
Call for Swift Action Against Terrorists
Highlighting the need for decisive action, Zubair Tufail urged authorities to ensure that those responsible for the Rangers Attack are brought to justice without delay.
He said prompt accountability was essential to prevent future threats to Pakistan’s peace and national security.
Condolences Over Businessman’s Killing in Balochistan
Expressing grief over the killing of businessman Ali Murtaza by terrorists in Dasht, Balochistan, Zubair Tufail extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
He urged Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to ensure the immediate arrest of those responsible and bring them to justice. He emphasized that firm action against terrorists is essential for ensuring lasting peace and strengthening public confidence in the country’s security institutions.
